A client from The Thrift emailed us and she had this to tell us, "I am just very glad you guys are near as I had locked my keys in the automobile, and I had the idea that the only way I would get to the keys is tossing a stone through the windscreen, which may have eased most of my stress of locking the keys in the vehicle. Thankfully your technician was prompt and capable and he saved my windscreen."

Lost home key The Thrift:

A client in The Thrift phoned us with a frightful situation as she had just stepped outside the house to locate the mail and the front door had slammed behind her. Unfortunately, what made this a frightful scenario was that she exclaimed "Please help me! I left my house keys in the house and my baby is still in the house." Needless to say we sped over there and luckily traffic was light. We were able to arrive there in a few minutes and had the house open promptly. What we did discover afterwards is that she designated her little pussy-cat "my baby".

A client in The Thrift had a serious tale to tell "The weekend got here with ideal weather conditions and away we went for our outdoor camping trip, it had been a fantastic weekend break but unfortunately we landed home to realize we had mislaid the house keys. After thirty minutes of scouting the bottom line was we had lost the house keys. Many thanks to your staff for the fantastic assistance on a weekend evening."

Not able to get in the number lock The Thrift:

"In our office we have a dead bolt and also a combination number lock, and one of our office personnel proceeded to use the code, not conscious we didn't already know the combination. As a result when we came to work the following day we were locked out. Thanks for your prompt response and for getting us all in to the office," was an email we got from a client in The Thrift.
